JobSummary:

Weare seeking an experienced HR Generalist with proficiency inutilizing Zoho Tools to streamline and optimize HR processes. As anintegral member of our HR team you will play a key role insupporting various HR functions including recruitment employeerelations performance management training and development and HRadministration. Your expertise in leveraging Zoho Tools will enableus to enhance our HR operations and deliver a seamless employeeexperience.

KeyResponsibilities:

RecruitmentandOnboarding:

Collaboratewith hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop jobdescriptions.
Sourcescreen and interview candidates using Zoho Recruit or other Zoho HRtools.
Facilitatethe onboarding process for new hires including paperworkorientation and trainingcoordination.

EmployeeRelations:

Serveas a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providingguidance and support asneeded.
Addressemployee relations issues in accordance with company policies andlegalrequirements.
Conductexit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areasforimprovement.

PerformanceManagement:

Assistin the implementation and administration of performance managementprocesses including goal setting performance evaluations andfeedbackmechanisms.
UtilizeZoho People or other Zoho HR tools to track and manage employeeperformancedata.

TrainingandDevelopment:

Coordinatetraining initiatives and development programs to enhance employeeskills andcompetencies.
Maintaintraining records and track employee participation using Zoho Peopleor similartools.

HRAdministration:

ManageHRIS (Human Resources Information System) data and ensure dataaccuracy andintegrity.
Prepareand maintain HRrelated documentation including employee contractspolicies andprocedures.
Generatereports and analytics using Zoho Analytics or other reporting toolsto support decisionmaking and complianceefforts.

Requirements

Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
Provenexperience as an HR Generalist preferably with specific experienceusing ZohoTools.
Strongunderstanding of HR principles practices and employmentlaws.
Proficiencyin utilizing Zoho Recruit Zoho People Zoho Analytics and other ZohoHRtools.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
Detailorientedwith strong organizational and multitaskingabilities.
