  • B 2 B Sales
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers interested in our sleep products and solutions.
  • Build rapport and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our sleep products to potential customers.
  • Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and delivery options to customers.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, including order placement, payment, and aftersales support.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed using our CRM software.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and participate in regular sales training sessions.

Salary:
₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Inside sales: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Fluent English (preferred)
