    We are looking for NPD leadengineerMedical Devices with 5 to 8 Years of Medical Devices DomainExperience for our esteemed client for Chennai location.


    Key Skills :
    Medical Devices NPD DOE DHF product verification &Validation DFMEA Test protocol preparation Prototype developmentand testing

    RolesandResponsibilities:
    oProjects for Medical Devices ensuring adherence to timelines budgetand quality standards.

    Coordinate activities across multipledepartments to drive projects to completion along with provideinput on fastener selection materials and processes to optimizeproduct performance and costeffectiveness.oProvide technical clarification of designs with suppliers andmanufacturing.

    o Work with amultidisciplinary engineering development team that includesapplication engineering controls engineering mechanical designcontrol hardware design and test /validationo Conduct risk assessments andimplement mitigation strategies to address potential quality issuesduring the NPI process.

    oMaintain accurate records of NPD activities including designspecifications testing results and regulatory documentation. Ensurecompliance with relevant industry standards andregulations.
    o Identifyopportunities for process optimization and cost reductionthroughout the NPI process. Implement best practices and lessonslearned to drive continuousimprovement.
    Requirements oB.E.Mech with 5 to 8 Years of experience inNPD
    o

    ProgramManagement New Product development Vendor Audit skills.
    o Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith internal teams and externalsuppliers.
    o Detailorientedmindset with a strong focus on accuracy andquality.
    o Solid understanding ofquality assurance principles and experience implementing qualitycontrol processes.
    o Excellentinterpersonal verbal written and communicationskills.
    o Highly motivated highenergy can do attitude competitive selfstarter with a strong senseof urgency.
    o Fluent in Englishlanguage.
    o Stron Knowledge in DOEDHF product verification & Validation DFMEA Test protocolpreparation Prototype development andtesting
