MYDESIGNATION, the leading fashion brand, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

As a Customer Success Executive (Non-Voice) at MYDESIGNATION, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' needs are met through non-voice communication channels, providing timely and helpful responses.

Fluency in both Hindi and English is crucial for this role.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency, striving for a positive resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide solutions to customer queries.
  • Adhere to established response time and quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in a nonvoice customer service role will be an advantage.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.

Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 K, based on your experience and skill


Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
