Responsibilities:
- To perform all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of the Firm's main entrance.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- To make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them.
- Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them and pass the message to the concerned person.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Maintaining in and out register / MIS for the person going on a short break.
- Maintain MIS for Courier and Speed Post.
- Maintain and look after the schedule for the conference room.
- Calculating OT for Office Boys / Maid.
- Take up other duties as assigned (office arrangements, schedule meetings, Administrative work, related work activities as and when required, etc.)

₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
