    JOB PURPOSE:

    Reporting to the IS&T Lead architect, you will be in charge of developing and maintaining the IS/IT BIM Solution architecture (Bentley ProjectWise centric), and you will act as a control tower to ensure overall consistency on its applicative landscape.

    YOUR JOB:

    • Ensure alignment IS/IT BIM Solution with BIM business process for D&IS Organization ( System, Infrastructure and Signalization )
    • Collect and manage demands for BIM from Alstom central business
    • Assist in developing IS&T roadmaps to continuously rationalize the solutions landscape, in collaboration with businesses and IS&T teams
    • Lead IS&T BIM projects by performing requirement assessment, exploring the alternatives, designing the architecture & solution, preparing project launch synthesis while coordinating with different stakeholders (business, cloud, network, cybersecurity, run, sourcing etc.) and working with project management
    • Manage the licenses renewals by analyzing the business requirements vs licenses usage, new needs, business case, preparing synthesis document and ensuring the needs are aligned with the budget.
    • Manage Business as usual (BaU) activities to ensure simulation business continuity, and manage the run issue with Operations manager and partners, when required.
    • Lead recommendation for new application integrations, software upgrade and implementation of new processes and product enhancements
    • Maintain solution referential & design documentation (BIM applications portfolio information, project documentations, BIM presentations etc.)
    • Promote Alstom Core Model, by leading evolution and Ensuring its consistency
    • Support operations teams with regards to critical incidents
    • Control quality of partners deliverables
    • Analyze technology industry and business trends and determine their potential applicability at Alstom.
    • Support roll-out, ensuring that Core Model is applied.

    PROFILE:

    To be considered for this role, candidate need to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:

    • Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology, you have more than 5 years of experience in IS/IT BIM solution architecture based on Bentley ProjectWise on various roles (business / functional architecture / core model definition, solution deployment).
    • You have a solid knowledge on BIM business processes
    • You have worked for global companies either as a service provider or as a customer, ideally both roles
    • You have general knowledge on IT infrastructure systems: server, dabatase, network, storage
    • You have a deep technical knowledge on Bentley ProjectWise solution regarding architecture, administration and development/customization ( ProjectWise Administrator is a must , PowerShell nice to have )
    • You have good experience working with both Bentley and Autodesk design products such as Revit, Naviswork, Civil 3D
    • You have good experience working with Common Data Environment BIM 360 / ACC Connect from AUTODESK ( Nice to have )
    • You demonstrate good communication, efficiency and ability to execute. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity.
    • You have a very strong leadership and are business value oriented.
    • You have strong skilness for Synthetic presentations
    • Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom
    • This role requires good communication, collaboration, team work, quick learning and negotiation skills.
