Job Summary:


Job Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and update the store's inventory system, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up to date.
  • Process all sales transactions and ensure that all cash handling procedures are adhered to.
  • Coordinate and oversee the shipment and receipt of merchandise, ensuring that all goods are received, checked, and logged into the inventory system.
  • Monitor the store's sales performance and prepare sales reports for the store manager.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring that displays are wellstocked and visually appealing.
  • Assist the store manager with any other tasks as needed.

Qualification and Experience:


  • Proven experience in retail administration or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of sneaker and streetwear culture is a plus.
