    Job Description:

    We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our real estate development projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards. You will act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, offering exceptional leadership and support to guarantee successful project delivery.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project Leadership :
      - Lead project planning, coordination, and control from start to finish.
      - Establish and execute the Project Management Plan.
    • Stakeholder Management:
      - Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for project success.
      - Conduct meetings with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring timely action on meeting minutes.
    • Financial Management:
      - Develop project budgets and manage expenses to achieve timely completion within budget.
      - Generate purchase orders as needed.
    • Project Monitoring and Reporting:
      - Provide regular updates on project progress, costs, key risks, and necessary decisions.
      - Ensure compliance with the construction schedule and establish mitigation plans for any delays.
    • Risk and Issue Management:
      - Proactively identify risks and issues and devise risk mitigation strategies.
      - Address and resolve site coordination challenges.
    • Health & Safety:
      - Oversee Health & Safety planning and implementation before and during construction.
    • Project Handover and Close-Out:
      - Manage and coordinate project handover and close-out phases.

    Requirements:

    - Demonstrated experience in managing real estate development projects.
    - Strong leadership and coordination capabilities.
    - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    - Proficiency in project planning and financial management.
    - Ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
    - Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
    - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    - Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines. This position calls for a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of leading complex projects and ensuring their timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality completion.
