Your Responsibilities:

Create and implement performance marketing strategies aimed at achieving business goals such as lead generation, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
Use campaign and audience research to forecast marketing outcomes.
Oversee the entire campaign process across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display ads, affiliate marketing, and other relevant channels.
Perform keyword research, target specific audiences, and optimize ad content to maximize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
Track campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and extract actionable insights to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness continually.
Collaborate with teams across functions like creative, product, and analytics to develop cohesive marketing initiatives aligned with overarching marketing objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Applicant Preferences

Must be a graduate.
1 year experience in digital marketing strategist or related role such as performance marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Pay:
