    Location: Fully Remote

    Employment Type: Full-Time(EOR-Uplers)

    Maximum CTC: 25 LPA

    Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM IST

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced IAM Specialist with a strong hands-on experience on

    Okta Customer Identity Cloud (former Auth0) and a solid background in Identity &

    Access Management. Candidates with strong hands-on implementation experience in

    OIE (Okta Identity Engine) and Okta WIC (Workforce Identity Cloud) will also be

    considered. Having experience in Okta Access Gateway would be a plus. This role

    offers the flexibility of remote work, with the exciting opportunity for qualified candidates

    to immigrate to Canada on a work visa after demonstrating exceptional work quality for

    1 to 2 years.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Design an efficient IAM solution based on Okta's suite of IAM technologies after

    analyzing client requirement.

    ● Demonstrate core technical capabilities to Implement/Deploy the designed IAM

    solution from development to production.

    ● Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure ongoing IAM

    system functionality and security.

    ● Collaborate remotely with clients to assess their IAM needs and requirements.

    ● Stay current with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and best practices.

    ● Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure timely project delivery and client

    satisfaction.

    ● Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    ● Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

    ● Minimum of 3 years of IAM experience

    ● Proficiency in Okta IAM technologies

    ● Solid understanding of IAM principles, authentication & app integration

    mechanisms like SAML, OIDC (all types of flows with a knowhow of when to

    implement which flow), OAuth, Header-based etc.

    ● Proven ability to implement IAM solutions, encompassing user provisioning,

    access control, and role-based access management.

    ● Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

    ● Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

    ● Capability to work in a fully remote setting.
