    Description

    Roles and Responsibilities :

    Support senior leadership in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand and product awareness and demand.

    Lead and manage India focused marketing, branding and sales enablement. Lead efforts to manage and enhance brand identity, ensuring consistency across channels. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product messaging and positioning. Create and update sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, and product demos. Produce multi-media marketing content such as Podcasts, Virtual Reality, Virtual Production etc. Lead digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, email marketing, social media and digital advertising campaigns. Support PR initiatives that increase brand awareness, including writing press releases. Manage social media and editorial calendar & content. Support globalsales with events.

    Education and Work Experience required :
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

    Equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, or work history 12 15 years of experience in Marketing, experience in the Renewable Energy or Clean Energy Sector is preferred.

    Experience with building brand and market awareness. Experience with managing social media and digital marketing platforms. Graphic design skills a plus.
