Synopsis of Role:

Assistant Manager

  • Logistic and Warehouse to be responsible for Oversees the logistics / dispatches to efficiently and effectively enable business units and functional partners to maximize the value, receive from suppliers to meet organizational objectives.

Key Skills
Demand management, Vendor identification process, sourcing execution, delivery planning and monitoring, and process improvement. Material Management, Inventory Management Vendor Management, analytical assessment, Liaison & Coordination, Supply Chain Management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the transporter/shipment management with cost conscious approach and timely availability
  • Planning and managing logistics, storage warehouse, transportation, and customer services
  • Accountable for endtoend Dispatch Processing. Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle from the view of Logistics.
  • Responsible of updating Order data in ERP Software and simultaneously managing in database.
  • Accountable for inventory management of all stocks as per the item code location and variety allocation.
  • Oversee the Process of transport/Shipment management of material & Dispatch of finished Product in line with different Courier Vendors.
  • Ensure all completed orders are dispatched on time
  • Manage and oversee all outgoing material is properly packed and criterion of packaging is followed.
  • Ensure products are shipped appropriately to ensure quality of goods during transportation
  • Take control of packaging and provide appropriate, costeffective, highquality solutions
  • Take responsibility for accuracy of labelling to ensure correct parts/finished assemblies reach correct customers at the correct time
  • Ensure the cost productivity, accuracy timelines & targets, cost effectiveness in shipping
- therefore choice of Vendor to be more significant.

  • Arrange storage warehouse, listing products, plan routes and process shipments
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and stock maintained at set levels in all allocation shelves/stacks.
  • Ensure timely distribution without sale loss
  • Responsible for on time delivery of material based on delivery schedule as per Order and meeting quality specifications.
  • Oversee & Responsible for dispatch audit and variance analysis and corrective action plan.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Oversee the hygiene and all related administrative compliance.
  • Supervise, coach and train workforce in the division of têxtile to obtain maximum efficiency.
  • Direct and oversee the tailor for necessary requirements as and when requires.
  • Maintenance and responsible of return orders under the senior supervision.
  • Maintain SOP of the department's processes.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting as directed by Manager.

Qualification

Experience
2 or more years of relevant experience in similar unit.
