Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
-
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance matrics.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
Order Processing:
- Efficiently process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and distribution, to streamline order fulfilment.
Customer Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and support to customers as needed.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support sales strategies.
Data Management:
- Make Performa invoice
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and key metrics.
Other Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all logistics and materials are in place for successful event execution.
Note:
- The Incumbent will have to conduct according to the company Norms Rules & Regulations.
Salary:
₹13, ₹17,000.00 per month
