Description
Sending Deployment Of Engineers deployed Mumbai & UAE Daily Before 11:00

  • Collecting Service Reports from engineers and sending it to Store person for making of invoices.
  • Making of Quotations
-
Weekly Report preparation

  • Service report updation in SAP & machine and service call file.
  • Checking Engineer's claims and sending it for approval.
  • Follow up customers regarding outstanding via mail & call
  • Sending customer feedback form after engineer visit.
  • Call engineer randomly for taking update.
  • Sending mail to Shiv for courier spare & parts.
  • Follow up for timely releasing of engineer's claim.
  • Making spare parts inventories
  • Collection improvement
  • Tracking engineers day to day activity
  • Invoice generation after engineer visit
  • Interaction with stores department for dispatches
2-4 Years experience

Proficient in MS Office

Available for joining immediately


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹22,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Navi Mumbai, Thane , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
