    Description

    Job ResponsibilitiesSource and evaluate suppliers negotiate contracts and establishbeneficial vendor relationships Providedaily updates of progress on pending matters including paymentsdone and status ofworkpendingCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identifyprocurement needsandspecificationsSuggest and verify vendors and suppliers up to the standard of theorganisation Develop and implementprocurement strategies to optimize cost efficiency andquality Ensure the collation of vendor datafor ease of future use Prepare purchaseorders review requisitions and manage the procurement process fromorderplacement todelivery Monitor inventory levels and trackprocurement activities to ensure timely availability ofmaterials Coordinate with accounts payableto ensure accurate and timely payment ofinvoices Resolve supplierrelated issues suchas quality concerns or deliverydiscrepancies Maintain accurate records ofprocurement activities contracts and supplierperformance Stay updated on industryregulations and best practices to ensure compliance andcontinuousimprovementJobQualifications Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Supply Chain Management or a relatedfield 35 years of proven experience as aPurchase Manager or similar role preferably in realestatedevelopment orconstruction Strong negotiationcommunication (written and verbal) and interpersonalskills.

    Proficiency in MS Office Suite andother computer systems Excellentorganizational and multitasking abilities.
    Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedrivenenvironment. Problemsolving aptitude and aproactive approach to challenges. Must bewellorganised and detailoriented Fluent inEnglish Hindi andKannada
