Proven experience as a PurchaseExecutive or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of purchasing strategies and techniques
Excellent negotiationand communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and documentation
Ability to build and maintainstrong relationships with suppliers
Good analytical and problemsolving skills
Attention to detail andability to handle multiple tasks
Selfmotivated and ability to work independently
Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Supply Chain Management or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement effectivepurchasing strategies to ensure costeffective acquisitions
Identify reliablesuppliers negotiate contracts and maintain good relationships withexisting suppliers
Conduct research to identify new products and suppliersthat meet quality standards and cost requirements
Collaborate with internal teams tounderstand their purchasing needs and requirements
Monitor and forecast upcominglevels of demand for products and services
Ensure timely delivery of purchased productsand services
Maintainaccurate records of purchases pricing and other important data
Assist in resolving anyissues or disputes with suppliers
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Contribute to theimprovement of purchasing processes and procedures
