    Job Description :

    United We Care, an AI-enabled Mental Health company, is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our web-based applications, ensuring they are user-friendly, scalable, and performant.

    You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and product managers to create innovative solutions that positively impact the mental health of our users. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to make a difference in people's lives, this is the perfect opportunity for you.



    - Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack.

    - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    - Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

    - Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.

    - Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

    - Conduct thorough testing of features to ensure high quality and bug-free software.

    - Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues reported by users.

    - Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies, and continuously improve your technical skills.

    - Contribute to the improvement of the development processes and tools used by the team.

    - Collaborate with other team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.



    - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

    - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on MERN stack development.

    - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.

    - Experience with the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack, including working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

    - Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.

    - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

    - Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.

    - Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.

    - Ability to work in an agile development environment and deliver high-quality software within deadlines.

    - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

    - Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    - Passion for mental health and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.



    - Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android).

    - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

    - Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and methodologies.

    - Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

    This position is based in Gurgaon, India. However, remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.
