    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital advertising, specifically managing high-budget campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. Experience with the Shopify platform and a background in fashion marketing will be highly advantageous. This role requires a proactive and data-driven professional who can optimize our online presence and drive sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing. Proficiency in web analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.

    Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.

    Manage significant advertising budgets, ensuring maximum ROI across all paid media channels.

    Conduct ongoing A/B testing for various ad components, including ad copy, bid strategies, and targeting to continuously improve campaign performance.

    Analyze campaign data, interpret performance metrics, and provide comprehensive reporting to stakeholders.

    Collaborate with the creative and merchandising teams to align digital advertising campaigns with seasonal trends and product launches.

    Stay updated with the latest industry trends and updates in digital marketing to ensure Bacca Bucci remains a competitive force in the market.

    Ensure all campaign activities align with the broader marketing strategies and company goals.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 4 years of experience in D2C performance marketing, with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads platforms.

    Proven track record of managing high-budget performance marketing campaigns and achieving substantial ROI.

    In-depth experience with the Shopify platform, ideally within a fashion brand or D2C environment.

    Strong analytical skills with an ability to gather insights from data and make informed decisions to drive campaign success.

    Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively across various departments.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
