_You will work with operations managers to understand contractual commitments, customer priorities and further roles and responsibilities_

_Responsibilities_

_Performing transaction processing and review against set standard operating procedures._

_ _

_Investigating and resolving any request mismatches in the system or reject/return as per agreed procedure. _

_Identifying areas of opportunities from process accuracy and improvement standpoint _

_Taking actions basis, the monthly trends identifying from defects/error _

_Responsible for delivery process training _

_Performing process controls and report out _

_Proactive controls for avoidance of future errors. _

_Month close reporting and periodic dashboard reporting/ year-end reporting/ ad hoc reporting._

_Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager. _

_Complete any other job-related tasks assigned by the Team Leader._
