The Opportunity:

To achieve our goals, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Communications team.

This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote the center's services and classes and increase brand awareness.

This is a full-time position based in New Delhi.


Specific Duties:


  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  • Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, onground, etc), workshops, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and loyalty.
  • Create, organize, and manage monthly marketing plans as per the centre's marketing goals.
  • Write clear and concise briefs for diverse marketing requirements (for instore branding, press releases, website or app material, and events)
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit performance reports.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Required Qualifications & Skillsets:


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has
  • 4 years of experience executing marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of market research, marketing techniques, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Knowledge of yoga and wellness industry trends and best practices.

Salary:
₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
