Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience providing functional solutions, architecting, integrating, and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Logistics and SCM modules, including OIC experience
Solid understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain business processes inventory management, shipping, receiving, warehousing/distribution, transportation, and trade compliance.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong business acumen and understanding of ERP from both functional and implementation perspectives.
Polished communication skills enabling effective interactions with business and technical audiences, with ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously in a fastpaced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering; Master's or MBA degree is preferred
Experience in Semiconductor or Hightech industry preferred

Responsibilities:

Lead/drive Oracle Fusion Cloud Logistics functional design, technical design, development, and support in manufacturing and supply chain global trade processes.
Perform architect role on Oracle Fusion Cloud participating in all phases from envisioning and planning through execution and stabilization.
Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical development and make recommendations for improvement.
Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of major systems defects and bugs.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and architectural controls to ensure that systems support the organization's business requirements and meet the needs of end users while minimizing customizations.
Analyze data and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Leverage detailed knowledge of the underlying database tables, integration points and technology processes to architect and deploy solutions.
Prioritize, scope, and negotiate time and effort requirements for project and enhancement demand pipeline while facilitating estimation of business benefits.
