Operations role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales process and contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities

Lead Validation: Review and validate leads generated through various channels such as marketing campaigns, website inquiries, referrals, etc. Ensure that leads meet the predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.

Quotation Analysis: Analyze and verify quotations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company pricing guidelines and policies.

Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information, including lead status, communication history, and any relevant notes.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their requirements, provide necessary support, and ensure a seamless flow of information.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead validation metrics, quotation analysis, and overall sales support activities. Provide insights and recommendations to improve the sales process.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pre-sales operations.

Customer Interaction: Occasionally communicate with prospective customers to clarify their requirements or gather additional information, as needed.

Teamwork: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach towards customer engagement.
Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales,
Marketing, or a related field but not mandatory.

Experience: Previous experience in a similar pre-sales or operations role is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to validate leads and assess quotations accurately.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and occasionally with potential customers.

Detail-oriented: Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accuracy in data entry and analysis.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: [Office hours], 2nd Saturday: Holiday
Salary:
₹18, ₹21,500.00 per month
