    Description

    Responsibilities :
    Work on Axway platform handling data transformation, connectivity troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless file transfers.

    • Proficient in troubleshooting connectivity issues, including command line level expertise on Linux platforms and resolving Java errors and messages.
    • Participate in oncall rotations (not 24/7) for a week at a time multiple times a year, ensuring system availability and quick response to any issues.
    • Understand infrastructure, server locations, and tools required for effective support.
    Must Haves :

    3-5 years of experience in an architect/support role, particularly in managed file transfer (MFT) and connectivity configurations.

    • Familiarity with healthcarespecific protocols is a plus.
    • Expertise in Linux, AIX platforms, and Windows operating systems, with a primary focus on Linux and AIX.
    • Experience with Axway MFT as the primary platform and knowledge of secondary MFT programs.
    • Strong knowledge of big data movement, including zipping content and reducing file sizes.
    • Proficient in troubleshooting connectivity issues, command line on Linux, and resolving Java errors.
    • Solid understanding of secure file transfers, SFPT, and managed file transfer (MFT) connections.
    • Flexibility to handle diverse tasks, ranging from connectivity troubleshooting to supporting specific healthcarerelated protocols.
    • Ability to participate in oncall rotations and guarantee coverage during assigned weeks.)
