    Job description

    We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with extensive knowledge and experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our team. As an integral part of our digital marketing efforts, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic through search engine optimization techniques while leveraging paid advertising platforms effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
    • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and optimize website content accordingly.
    • Perform on-page and off-page optimization activities, including but not limited to keyword optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
    • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and generate regular reports to track progress.
    • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure maximum visibility and compliance with search engine guidelines.
    • Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including keyword selection, ad creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
    • Continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve desired goals such as increased clicks, conversions, and ROI.
    • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other team members to implement SEO recommendations and improve overall website performance.
    • Provide recommendations for website structure, navigation, and user experience enhancements to enhance search engine visibility.
    • Stay informed about industry changes and innovations in digital marketing, particularly related to search engines, paid advertising platforms, and emerging technologies.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
    • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate SEO strategies, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
    • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
