    TheRole:

    As ourDigital Sales & Marketing Specialist youll play a pivotalrole in driving online engagement generating leads and expandingour reach into new markets. Youll collaborate with our thirdpartysocial media content management team to manage Bayfields socialmedia presence spearhead our entry into online marketplaces andcoordinate salesactivities.


    KeyAccountabilities:

    Social Media Collaboration:
    Work closely with our social mediacontent management team to ensure consistent brand messaging postrelevant information and foster engaging onlinecommunities


    LeadGeneration:
    Develop and execute digital marketing strategies marketing content marketing) to nurture leads and convertthem into payingcustomers

    Marketplace Launch & Management:
    Research and identifyrelevant online marketplaces for Bayfield products. Oversee thelaunch process including product listings pricing strategies andfulfillmentlogistics.


    Marketplace Sales Coordination:
    Manage and optimize productlistings on online marketplaces monitor sales performance andcollaborate with the sales team to fulfill ordersefficiently


    DataAnalysis & Reporting:
    Track and analyze website trafficsocial media engagement and marketplace performance providinginsights to optimize strategies and maximizeROI.

    Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field(preferred).Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a relevantfield. Strongunderstanding of social media marketing principles andcollaboration with externalvendors. Experiencewith online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms aplus. Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills. Analyticalmind with a passion for datadriven decisionmaking. Ability towork independently manage multiple projects and meetdeadlines. Passionfor the food industry and a keen understanding of foodtrends.
