    Skills:Service Now with strong experience in Employee Center(implementationandsupport) 7 yearsof professional information technology experiencewithsystems analysis and applicationdevelopment experience includingadministrationimplementation integration andconfiguration in ServiceNow 45 years ofexperience of ServiceNow with the ServiceNow platform inanAdmin/Developer Capacity administering anenterprisewide multitierServiceNowproduction environment includingthe delegation of groups modification ofCMSworkflows business rules UI configurationcatalog items reports and updates Experiencedeveloping custom applications in ServiceNow leveraging scriptedworkflowscomplex business rulesclientside/serverside scripting custom UI pages ACLscustomwidgets and custom reporting customCMS/ Employee Self Service portals Expertknowledge and hands on experience of ServiceNowApplication Comfortable deploying ServiceNowin a multidatacenter environment Aptitude totroubleshoot L2/L3 problems as they relate to ServiceNowApplication Well versed with documentingprocess and procedures implemented intoServiceNow Experience upgrading withinServiceNow application Experiencearchitecting and designing ServiceNowApplication Support SingleSign Oninstances Intermediate skill with JavaScriptrequired for process development andautomation;experience withXML Ability to come up with solutions forimproving procedures and workflows Searchpopulate and customize the knowledge baseStrong understanding of cloud technologies web applicationsnetworks protocols andemail (SMTPPOP3).
