    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Code Deployment/Migration from one environment to another (adhoc/scheduled/automated)

    2. Implementation of change requests (for e.g. adding new column, changing ETL logic, change job schedule)

    3. RCA for failures

    4. Patch Management - Installation and Configuration of Hotfixes/EBFs

    5. Perform Quality Assurance of new enhancements to be deployed into Production

    6. Sound Knowledge of Virtualization and OS environment (RHEL and Windows) dependencies for Informatica Application Services. Coordination with OS/Virtualization support team for faster resolution.

    7. Administrative activities like – Start/Stop services, Monitoring Workflows

    8. Informatica OEM Ticket Logging and management

    9. Log Collection and analysis of root cause of issues

    10. All Power center Client suite related monitoring and action

    11. Session Log analysis

    12. UNIX Cronjobs, Environment Variables familiarity and hands on experience

    13. Basic Server Networking

    14. Familiarity and hand on experience on pmcmd commands

    15. Knowledge of Informatica Powercenter, Informatica Ultra Message Queue, Oracle Database Basics, Sybase SQL database basics

    16. Familiarity of API, Web Service HUB

    17. Informatica Powercenter Architecture In-Depth knowledge for Standalone as well as Cluster Mode

    18. Subject Domain expert supporting and training L1 engineers

    19. Expert level of Informatica Powercenter, Informatica UMQ, Oracle DB, Sybsae SQL DB, UNIX OS, Networking
