Job Title:
Customer Service Executive - Filter Press Installation

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team.

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for the installation of Filter Press, Filter Plates, and accessories of the machine.

They will travel all over India for work and will work closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Install Filter Press, Filter Plates, and accessories of the machine at the customer site.

Provide technical assistance to customers during the installation process.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Conduct training for customers on the operation and maintenance of the filter press.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation.

Document and report any issues that require further attention to the appropriate department.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient service.

Follow up with customers after installation to ensure their satisfaction with the product and service.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or installation.

Experience in filter press installation will be an added advantage.

Technical knowledge of filter press equipment and accessories.

Ability to travel all over India for work.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

The education and qualification requirements for the Customer Service Executive - Filter Press Installation position may vary depending on the company s specific needs and industry standards.

However, in general, the following qualifications and educational requirements are recommended:

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or installation.
Experience in filter press installation will be an added advantage.
