    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. CustomerInteraction:

      • Provideproduct information, pricing details, and support to customers in acourteous manner.
    2. Data Management:
      • Maintain and update customer databases withaccurate and current information.
      • Assist inthe organization and management of sales-related data, ensuring itsintegrity and completeness.
    3. SalesSupport:
      • Collaboratewith the sales team to generate quotes, proposals, and othernecessary sales documentation.
      • Assist in thepreparation of sales presentations and materials.
    4. OrderProcessing:
      • Processsales orders accurately and efficiently.
      • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timelydelivery and customer satisfaction.
    5. AdministrativeTasks:
      • Performgeneral administrative duties such as filing, record-keeping, anddocument management.
      • Support the sales team invarious administrative capacities to enhance overallefficiency.
    6. Communication andCoordination:
      • Effectively communicate with internal teams, includingsales, engineering, and customer support.
      • Coordinate with external partners and vendors asnecessary.
    7. Problem Resolution:
      • Address customer concerns and issues in atimely and effective manner.
      • Collaborate withthe sales team to find solutions to challenges and ensure customersatisfaction.
