In this role, you will be responsible for the roll-out of
Greenhouse, an applicant tracking and hiring platform. You will be responsible for all aspects of functionality, configuration, implementation and maintenance for this system.

You will establish yourself as an expert in your craft through partnership and influence within our people and talent teams.

Responsibilities:

Provide system configuration support, updating and enhancing business processes and implement improvements while ensuring data quality and integrity technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users
Collaborate with teams to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; make recommendations and implement solutions
Assist in the development of training plans to help endusers carry out rolebased and userbased responsibilities in the system, including developing training materials, user procedures, guidelines, and documentation, and participate in coordinated training events
Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for database design and implementation projects
Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Management, or related field or experience
Prior experience as a Systems Administrator, or similar role
Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train team members
Experience in analyzing applicants tracking systems; experience with the platform Greenhouse highly desirable
Strong analytical and problems solving skills
Excellent organizational, project management and technical support skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
