Job Description:


Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing and userfriendly websites that effectively showcase our products, services, and brand identity.
• Create engaging and innovative graphic designs for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, catalogs, packaging, signage, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Optimize website performance and user experience through responsive design, intuitive navigation, and compelling visuals.
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our design work.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
• Support other designrelated initiatives and tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, web design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a web designer, graphic designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Solid understanding of web design principles, including responsive design, UX/UI best practices, and HTML/CSS.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Prior experience in the glass industry or related field is a plus.
