We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to take charge of all marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.

We are looking for a talented marketing strategist who can inspire team members and drive success. In this role, you will lead our Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.


Job Role:
Marketing Executive


Education Qualification B.Com /MCom/MBA (Marketing) / PG Marketing


Working Days:


  • Monday to Saturday

Language- Kannada (Must), English


Experience - 3 to 5 years


Skills Required:

Ø Running marketing campaigns

Ø Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords

Ø Knowledge of CRM software

Ø Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

Ø Analytical mind

Ø Strategy Building (Online & Offline Marketing)


Responsibilities:

Ø Develop strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications

Ø Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department

Ø Set, monitor, and report on team goals

Ø Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies

Ø Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

Ø Craft quarterly and annual marketing goals

Ø Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

Ø Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

Ø Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives


Pay Scale:
As per company standards


Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Language:


  • Kannada (required)
