    Job Description:
    What you will deliver
    People and business related:
    • Provide visible safety leadership following safety principles to model desired behaviors
    • Deploy expertise to deliver solutions for technical challenges
    Discipline Related:
    • Drives systematic application of reliability engineering practices
    • Executes work related to Vulnerability studies, RCM, RBM FMEA, RCA, Reliability analytics, RAM model development & sustain, statistical analysis
    • Provides equipment availability insights and strategy recommendations
    • Analyses data to inform operational and maintenance activities
    • Delivers Equipment Health Improvement activity
    • Develops verification for Reliability Practices compliance
    • Leads or supports investigations
    • Enhance Production Forecasting through RAM models
    What you need to be successful
    Must have education requirements:
    BSc or BEng or MEng in Reliability Engineering or related discipline
    Preferred education/certifications:
    BEng, Higher National Diploma or Professional Engineer or equivalent and/or CMRP desirable
    Minimum years of relevant experience:
    Total experience: 5+
    Must have experiences/skills:
    • Practical application of reliability practices
    • Accomplished in risk and process safety management
    • Experience in developing RAM models
    • Track record of maintenance optimization
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to deliver results under pressure
    • Fluent in English
    • Conversant with Digital Security Requirements
    • Delivery focused with project management skills
    • Capable of building strong working relationships
    • Confident in engaging and influencing teams
    Good to have experiences/skills:
    • Experience working with collaborative approach to delivery
    • Success in risk management
    • Skilled in working with multicultural teams
    Travel Requirement
    Negligible travel expected with this role
