    Job Title : Business Analyst

    Location : Hyderabad

    Experience : 5 -7 years

    Notice Period : Immediate

    Job Summary :

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
    • Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
    • Conduct gap analysis to determine the variance between current and desired future state processes and functionalities.
    • Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to design innovative solutions that address business needs and align with organizational goals.
    • Create clear and concise documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
    • Analyze data to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making processes. Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
    • Develop test plans and scenarios, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure that proposed solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
    • Facilitate change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to identify opportunities for further optimization and enhancement.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or related roles, preferably in a corporate environment or consulting firm.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, requirements management tools, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
    • Familiarity with industry best practices, trends, and regulations related to the business domain is preferred.
    • Good Experience writing User Stories.
    • Work experience on product is a plus.
    • Experience on AI/ML, Gen AI is a plus.
