TEAM OVERVIEW


KKR's Human Capital team applies collaborative efforts and an entrepreneurial mindset to ensure that our core values, teamwork, integrity, innovation and diversity, are instilled at every aspect of our firm.

The Human Capital team is involved throughout our employees' life cycle to provide support to all firm-wide teams to deliver outstanding performance.

The four pillars of the Human Capital team are the Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, DEI and Talent Development and our Total Rewards, Benefits/ Wellness, Human Capital Technology, Analytics, and Operations teams.

***This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting our Human Capital team by developing and maintaining seamless integrations between Human Capital and other business systems and optimizing efficient processes. This hire will help ensure the efficient and effective flow of data across systems to improve HC processes such as benefits administration and employee data management. In addition, this hire will leverage their technical expertise to build robust, scalable integrations, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for HC operations. This hire's contribution will be crucial in optimizing HR functionalities, enabling data-driven decision-making, and improving the overall employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop, maintain, and support a variety of complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and other Workday integration technologies.

Collaborate with Human Capital, Technology, and other business stakeholders to gather and understand integration requirements.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring that solutions are efficient, scalable, and meet business needs.

Perform regular system upgrades and patch management to ensure Workday integrations function correctly with other systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner, collaborating with Workday support as needed.

Develop and maintain documentation for integration designs, technical specifications, and best practices.

Additional responsibilities include configuring business processes, supporting system testing, and building custom reports and calculated fields.

Provide training and mentorship to other team members on Workday integration methodologies and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Workday integrations.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

3+ years of experience in Workday integrations, specifically with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors

Demonstrable knowledge of Web Services, XSLT, XML, and other integration-related technologies

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Familiarity with the Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Benefits, and Workday Extend is a plus
