- 1. Strong administration and troubleshooting skills on Data Center Operations
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite of products
- In depth knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP servers.
- Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills on variety of hardware.
- Good Knowledge of Network devices (LAN, WAN)
- Antivirus Management (client side issues)
- Knowledge on Networks, hands and feet support to remote support team.
