Position Overview:


As a Tele caller for the APFPS project, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, provide information about the APFPS system, and generate leads for the sales team.

You will play a crucial role in promoting the APFPS project and its benefits, ultimately contributing to its success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers via phone calls to introduce them to the APFPS project and its features.
  • Explain the benefits and advantages of using APFPS for personal financial planning.
  • Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about the APFPS system.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their financial needs and tailor the APFPS solution accordingly.
  • Generate leads by identifying and qualifying potential customers interested in using APFPS.
  • Maintain a database of prospective customers and record all interactions accurately for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and ensure a smooth handover process.
  • Meet individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition of APFPS.
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and encourage them to sign up for APFPS.
  • Provide feedback to the project management team on customer responses, market trends, and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar role, preferably in a technologydriven project or financial services industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to effectively communicate the benefits of APFPS.
  • Good listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tele calling tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer information and interactions.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and objections in a professional manner.
  • Fluency in the target market's local(Telugu) language is preferred.

Job Type:
Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 2 months


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Telugu (preferred)
