    \This role will focus on Supply Chain Finance and B2B Sales in the Fintech industry. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships in the Mumbai and Noida regions. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience and possess strong knowledge in SCF, working capital, business loans, term loans, corporate sales, and B2B sales.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 7 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, B2B Sales, or related roles
    • Strong knowledge in SCF, working capital, business loans, term loans, corporate sales, and B2B sales
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
    • Mumbai & Noida
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • MBA+ Graduation
    • Max CTC can offer including variable 25-26LPA

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategies for Supply Chain Finance and B2B Sales in the Fintech industry
    • Identify and target potential clients in the Mumbai and Noida regions
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions
    • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects
    • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and client feedback
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive business growth
    • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in Supply Chain Finance and B2B Sale
