The opportunity


The APAC Solutions Activation Operations Coordinator will collaborate with and provide operational support to the APAC Priority Buyer-based Field of Play (BBFoP) Champions/Leaders, as agreed with the APAC Solution Activation Leader.

This role will support up to three (3) APAC BBFoP Champions to develop their APAC BBFoP network/community across Service Lines and APAC Regions.

This will involve coordination and project management of APAC BBFoP network initiatives, implementing Global Solutions best practices, preparing content (e.g., presentation decks, talk tracks, pipeline reports, etc.) and engaging various stakeholders.


Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinate regular cadence and calendar of X-SL / Xgeography BBFoP community/network meetings (> activate the APAC Collaboration Blueprint and 'Pathways' GTM approach)
  • Prepare agenda and materials for Markets, Sector and/or BBFoP leadership and other network meetings (Global/Area); collate meeting actions/notes and followup actions with BBFoP community members accordingly.
  • Support BBFoP Champion to prepare for BBFoP/Solution activation sessions, such as webcasts (Global/Area/Region), BBFoP/Solution workshops (internal and/or external), and Account meetings, using Global, APAC and Region content.
  • Prepare BBFoP/Solution reporting, as requested by APAC BBFoP Champion. Liaise with Global, Area and SL Markets Operations and Finance teams, as required.
  • Work with the BBFoP Champion to identify and confirm BBFoP Priority Accounts and track the progress of the Accounts to Revenue Plan. Setup review sessions between the BBFoP leader and those priority account teams.
  • Prioritize mustwin BBFoP pursuits in the pipeline to be reviewed by BBFoP Champion and X-SL/Xgeography community at regular cadence.
  • Maintain APAC BBFoP Contact Cards with details of Area/Region/SL BBFoP Leaders, Solution Owners and other relevant learning and reference materials; monitor and update APAC BD Connections and Markets CrossTrain sites with any BBFoP/Solution leadership changes and relevant content.
  • Support BBFoP Champion's efforts to sectorise BBFoP/Solutions and collateral to support APAC Account teams, in consultation with BBFoP Leaders (Global/Area/Region/SL), APAC Solution Owners, Sector Leaders (Area/Region/SL) and other stakeholders.
  • Project management and coordination
  • Experience of delivering projects, initiatives, and reporting to meet leadership's needs.
  • Provide project management and coordination support to BBFoP leadership roles, including calendar scheduling (via the Partner's EA), agenda drafting, notetaking, meeting deck preparation, tracking action items, etc.
  • Support pursuits cycles by finding and providing relevant data/reports specific to BBFoP/Solutions, etc. from EY portals/systems.
  • Interact with BBFoP Champions/Leaders and Service Line leaders to facilitate BBFoP network meetings (via Partner EA's), capture and follow up on action items till closure.
  • Implementation and Teamwork
  • Be a key contact for assigned APAC Priority BBFoP Champions
  • Implement global BBFoP GTM best practices, consistent processes, and synergies for APAC Solutions Activation
  • Collaborate with APAC Solution Activation colleagues to shape and implement the Annual APAC Solution Activation Plan.

- **Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities**:
  • Coordinate with reporting teams to obtain relevant pipeline data and Solution performance data pertaining to BBFoP Priority Accounts, accessing the Global Solutions dashboard, APAC BBFoP dashboard and Essentials tools as required.
  • Analyse Solution performance of BBFoP Priority Accounts to identify insights and measure penetration of Solutions.

Skills and attributes for success- A solid understanding of business processes, portals, and systems,

  • Willingness and ability to understand the BBFoP GTM framework, associated Solutions, buyers and their issues, and APAC Priority Sectors, and,
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Success in building effective working relationships with senior stakeholders (i.e., Partner, Director, Senior Manager)
  • Excellent project management/coordination skills,
  • Team player behaviours and commercial acumen.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • University/bachelor's degree required
  • Approximately 510 years of previous sales, sales enablement, business development or account management/coordination experience is preferable
  • Worked in a global organization or multinational (partnership, listed company, private company)
