    Description

    Responsibilities

    1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of IT products and services to clients, ensuring that the scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met.

    2. Manage the technical team, assign tasks, monitor progress, provide feedback, and resolve issues.

    3. Act as a scrum master, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices.

    4. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates, reports, and presentations.

    5. Ensure compliance with the company's policies, standards, and methodologies, as well as the client's requirements and expectations.

    6. Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues, and propose solutions.

    7. Continuously improve the delivery process, tools, and techniques, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

    8. Support in pre-sales and client servicing activities, such as preparing proposals, conducting demos, and negotiating contracts.

    Requirements

    1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a consulting

    environment.

    2. Proficient with both AWS/ Azure/ GCP cloud services, and familiar with various cloud architectures

    and solutions.

    3. Well versed with the latest frontend and backend technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React,

    Angular, , Python, Java, .NET etc.

    4. Knowledgeable of emerging technologies, such as AI, Gen AI, Blockchain, etc., and their applications

    and implications.

    5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    6. Must have strong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills, supporting GTM activities

    7. SAFe or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.

    8. Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field
