Must be B.E / B.Tech (Electrical, Mech, Electronics)
This Position will report to the VP-Production.


Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Scheduling:


  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate with the planning team to ensure raw materials availability for uninterrupted production.

Quality Control:


  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet or exceed product specifications.
  • Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Control Rejections as per defined target.

Team Leadership:


  • Lead and motivate the production team to achieve production targets.
  • Provide guidance and support to resolve operational issues and ensure a positive working environment.

Resource Management:


  • Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve production goals efficiently.
  • Work closely with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure the availability and reliability of resources.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices to enhance production efficiency.

Health and Safety Compliance:


  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment.
  • Implement and promote a safetyfirst culture among production staff.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Generate regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
  • Analyze production data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.

Salary:
₹800, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
