Job Summary:

You will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential or existing clients via telephone calls. You will be responsible for promoting products or services, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:Initiate outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads. Present products or services to prospects and explain their features and benefits.

Inbound Calls:Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns. Provide information about products, services, and promotions. Assist customers in placing orders or resolving issues.

Customer Engagement:Build rapport with customers through effective communication. Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly. Upsell or cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.

Market Research:Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather information on competitors. Document and report customer feedback to improve products or services.

Data Entry and Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Enter relevant information into databases or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Professionalism:Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude in all interactions. Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Training and Development:Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication techniques. Seek opportunities for personal and professional development.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • High school, diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar customer service/sales role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow scripts and adapt communication style to different customer profiles.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.

How Can You Apply:


Salary:
₹100, ₹200,000.00 per year
