    We are looking for a SQL Development Architect/ Expert to join a strong Product Development Startup in Bangalore (inception in 2019, other office in USA).

    Experience : 15-20 Years.

    Budget : Best in the industry.

    Work week : 5 days (1-2 days hybrid post first 3-4 months).

    Role Description :

    - This is a full-time on-site role for a SQL Development Architect located in Bengaluru.

    - The SQL Development Architect will be responsible for software development, architecture, solution architecture, integration, and web services.

    - The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as designing and implementing SQL databases, creating and optimizing SQL queries, collaborating with development teams, and overseeing data migration projects.

    Responsibilities :

    - Database Design and Architecture: Lead the design and development of scalable, distributed and efficient database solutions using SQL Server and other relevant technologies.

    - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust database designs.

    - Data Migration and Transformation: Oversee the planning and execution of data migration projects, ensuring the successful transfer of data between systems while maintaining data integrity and security.

    - Implement data transformation processes to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

    - Performance Tuning and Optimization: Analyze database performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.

    - Implement best practices for indexing, query optimization, and database tuning to enhance system performance and reliability.

    - Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

    - Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

    - Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of database architecture, data models, and migration processes.

    - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards, such as GDPR and HIPAA.

    Skills & Qualifications :

    - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

    - Master's degree preferred

    Proven experience as a SQL Architect or similar role, with experience in database design and development.

    - Proficiency in SQL programming, including advanced query optimization techniques and stored procedure development.

    - Experience in solution architecture and integration.

    - Strong expertise in database technologies such as SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Factory.

    - Experience with data migration tools and methodologies, including schema mapping, ETL processes, and data validation.

    - Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools, including the development of complex dashboards and reports.

    - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

    - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
