    We are looking for a Scrum Master

    Mandatory Skills -

    Roles and Responsibilities

    ·8+years of experience in Software Industry and Managing Agile Projects usingScrum methodologies

    ·Certifiedscrum master.

    ·Bachelor'sdegree in computer science or Electronic and Tele-Communication

    ·Expertin Agile and Lean ways of working at program/enterprise level

    ·Experienceworking with RTC or JIRA

    ·Indepth knowledge of how Scrum, Kanban

    ·Experiencein coaching and training individuals and teams in agile principles andpractices

    ·Eitherpossesses a background working directly in a technology role or can demonstratethe ability to understand the procedures and challenges of a variety oftechnology functions involved in the product development life cycle.

    ·Abilityto thrive in an environment with a high-degree of change.

    ·Excellentcommunication skills to work in a collaborative manner with colleagues fromdifferent nationalities

    ·Can-doattitude, continuous improvement mindset, and initiative taking abilities tobuild high quality product and improve knowledge within the team

    Dutiesand Responsibilities

    ·Leada team of developers technically and take responsibility of overall design anddelivery of the team adhering to scope, timeline, and quality by followingScrum.

    ·Youwill establish and manage multiple project/scrum teams at a time.

    ·Establishsprint reporting and monitoring mechanisms

    ·Drivingretrospectives outcomes to continuously improve the team's performance.

    ·Setupprocesses to ensure quality software delivery on time.

    ·Analysisof regular project matrices and taking appropriate actions

    ·Managingrisks and issues effectively

    ·Escalationhandling

    ·Managemultiple stakeholders globally.

    ·Preparedocumentation as per required standards

    ·Workclosely with team members across Geographies to deliver the assigned work

    ·Suggestimprovements to processes, approaches, product, tools, etc. and drive theseinitiatives
