Position - INTERIOR DESIGNER:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Design Development:

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and functional requirements for the interior space.
Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate the existing space, its layout, and architectural elements.
Develop interior design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, materials, and furniture selection.
Create detailed design presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
Prepare and present design proposals, including floor plans, elevations, and samples of materials and finishes.
Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into the interior design concepts.

Project Coordination:

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the design aligns with structural and technical requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and artisans to source and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, materials, and accessories.
Prepare detailed specifications and documentation of selected materials, finishes, and furniture.
Provide guidance and support during the construction or implementation phase of the design.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design intent, and address any issues or challenges that arise.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, needs, and budgetary constraints.
Effectively communicate and present design ideas, concepts, and solutions to clients.
Address client feedback and incorporate revisions or adjustments to the design as necessary.
Manage client expectations, timelines, and budgets throughout the design process.
Provide guidance and recommendations on interior styling, lighting, and other design elements to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.
Industry Knowledge and Professional Development:
Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and advancements in interior design.
Research and source new materials, finishes, and products to incorporate into design projects.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and workshops to expand knowledge and network with suppliers and professionals in the field.
Continuously develop and refine design skills through ongoing professional development opportunities.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
