- Conduct routine laboratory scientific tasks with the utmost precision and adherence to the Laboratory Department's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Laboratory Manager, Senior Medical Scientist, and Chief Medical Scientist to implement innovative ideas and methods in alignment with Hospital policy.
- Assist in managing the registration, storage, and inventory of laboratory reagents and consumables as needed.
- Collaborate with the Team to aim at preventing and managing accidents within the Laboratory area.
- Actively participate in the development of the laboratory information system for the department as needed.
- Registered Medical Scientist with CORU
- Current proficiency, expertise, and continuing education in biochemistry and one of the following fields: microbiology, hematology, or blood transfusion
- Able to join the Academy of Clinical Science and Laboratory Medicine as a member
- Experience with adhering to ISO 15189
