    Description

    We are looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Hands-On individual with exceptional content writing skills to join our team. As the Marketing Hands-On individual, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and driving engagement across various digital channels. This role requires strong leadership abilities, hands-on marketing experience, and a passion for producing high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that leverage content marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

    Plan, create, and optimize content for digital channels including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and more.

    Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.

    Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify content opportunities that support marketing objectives and resonate with target audiences.

    Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversions, and use insights to refine content strategy.

    Write and edit engaging and persuasive copy for marketing materials, promotional assets, product descriptions, and other communications.

    Manage content calendars, editorial schedules, and production workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

    Stay updated on industry trends, content best practices, and digital marketing innovations to continuously optimize content strategies.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field; advanced certifications in content marketing are a plus.

    Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on content creation, copywriting, and leadership.

    Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content across various formats and platforms.

    Experience in developing and executing content marketing strategies that drive audience engagement and support business objectives.

    Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

    Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

    Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing impactful content that drives results.

    Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of SEO best practices is preferred.
