    Job Overview

    Senior SPM Designer position with 7 to 10 years of experience. The role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 7 to 10 years of experience in SPM designing
    • Strong knowledge of Special Purpose Machines and industrial automation
    • Proficiency in CAD software for 3D machine design
    • Experience in designing fixture & gauges for SPMs
    • Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to prepare detailed drawings and documentation
    • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Designing and developing Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) based on client requirements
    • Creating 3D machine designs using CAD software
    • Designing fixture & gauges for SPMs
    • Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure effective machine design
    • Implementing industrial automation techniques to enhance machine efficiency
    • Preparing detailed drawings and documentation for machine assembly
    • Conducting feasibility studies and analyzing technical issues
    • Providing technical support and guidance to the production team
    • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
