    Description

    Hiring US Billing Associates.

    Work location - Dexian - Chennai.

    Shift hours: 5.30pm to 2.30am IST

    Key Role and Responsibilities

    • Daily administrative processes related to billing, Cash payments, and receivables.
    • Gather time & expense data, ensure accuracy + completeness,
    • Prepare client invoices, upload/email according to client requirements while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Reconciliation on payments received / paid and hours & expenses paid/billed.
    • Investigate, research and resolve any issues regarding billing/cash applications.
    • Use technology to streamline manual processes.
    • Use VMS tools and ERP to make sure the data are accuracy.
    • Knowledge of sales tax by USA state law and detailed knowledge about US billing and Sales tax impact
    • Making sure sales tax are billed on correct client / correct states based on their applicable state code and state percentage.
    • Identify potential weaknesses in internal controls & make changes to correct them.
    • Conduct any general duties, specific projects, and responsibilities, as required by the manager.

    Key Skills Required

    • Minimum 2 years related work experience in finance or relevant fields.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel such as V Look ups, pivot tables, formulas etc.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
