    Title:Team Lead Inside sales

    Asa Team Leader Inside Sales you have to drive revenue of oureLearning andlive/virtual

    classesofferings across all major metros in India. You should have aproven sales recordin

    pharmamedical or healthcare industry and are comfortable with leadingInside Salesand

    evangelizingour product offering to medical professionals across differentspecializations.


    Thisposition requires a candidate who can stay focused and keep up withour

    continuousand fastpaced growth all while motivating others to meet the dailychallengesof

    anextremely deadlinedriven environment. The ideal candidate will havea strongcommitment

    toemployee development (including an emphasis on selection andretention) as well asan

    exceptionallevel of dedication motivation andintelligence.


    KeyResponsibilities:


    Own the plan and strategies for expanding sales in your designatedmarketsand

    collaboratewith other sales leaders to meet the overall companygoals.

    Own revenue market share and P&L goals with focus on salesefficiency reducedcost

    ofacquisitions andcollections.

    Manage multilocation teams and improve sales operations throughtrainingjob

    rotationandrecruitment

    Manage online lead generation process through partners and driveincreased

    conversionratios

    Coach and develop ISMs for achieving their monthly quarterly andannualtargets

    Identify system and process improvement opportunities which willdirectlyinfluence

    revenuegeneration

    Participate in recruitment and selection activities including rolemodeling throughhiring

    decisionsandprocesses

    Partner with support organization to drive exceptional customerexperience

    Requirements

    DesiredSkills:


    Proven enterprise sales record with consistent delivery againstcommitments

    Proven experience setting up Outbound Call CentreOperations.

    Experience in pharma medical equipment healthcare industrypreferred

    Bachelor s degree required MBApreferred

    5 years of progressive inside salesexperience

    Proven experience in identifying recruiting and managing highperformingteams

    Ability to work in high ambiguity situations and monthly targetclosures



    Any Bachelors Degree. Excellent English communication is a mustAbility to counseling and selling skills. Basic knowledge ofmethods involved in presenting, promoting, and selling products orservices. Should be able to communicate in 2-3 languages.Candidates fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam & Kannadalanguages will be preferred.
